Organizing your template library is essential. It keeps things simple for users, improves efficiency, and allows you to prioritize what matters most to your specific service. By creating and managing Categories, Tags, and Types, you create a personalized experience for your agency and give users a more intuitive experience that reflects the industry you serve.
Categories #
This allows you to separate several templates into groups based on what you consider their common ground.
Creating Categories #
To start, access your Template Library from the Agency view of your account. In there, click on the gear icon to access your settings.
Click on the categories section to access its settings.
In the dropdown, select the product for which you want to create the Category.
Click on + Create Category; this will open a pop-up for you to add your Category.
Type in the name and a short description to set as a Category. Click on Create to set it.
Managing Categories #
When you’ve created a Category, you can Edit, change the title or description, or Delete it. For Categories included in the system, you can hide them, making them unavailable to users.
Tags #
Creating Tags #
When creating a Template, you can add new tags by clicking + Create Tag with the current input and saving your template.
Managing Tags #
Once a tag has been created, you can delete or edit the tag by going to the Template Library settings.
Make sure that you look for the tag under the product(s) that use it; otherwise, the options to edit and delete will be disabled.
Then, click the trash can icon to delete or the pencil icon to edit.
Types #
Creating Types #
Go to the Types section, click on + Create Types, and a pop-up will appear.
Write a name and a short description to set as the Type. Click on Create to set it.
Managing Types #
Once created, you can manage Types by hiding, editing, or deleting them as needed.
