Remove From Workflow Action

Remove From Workflow Action

Workflows allow you to streamline your processes and keep contacts engaged with your business. However, there might be points where you want to remove a contact from a certain workflow. With the Remove From Workflow action, you gain the ability to exclude contacts from any given workflow. This functionality provides enhanced control over contact management in workflows, enabling you to maintain organized and streamlined processes by removing specific contacts based on certain criteria or actions.

How It Works #

Inside the workflow builder, click the plus sign icon to add an action. Select the Remove From Workflow action, then open the drop-down menu, where you’ll have several options.

Current Workflow #

Selecting this option will exclude contacts from the workflow you are currently editing.

Another Workflow #

With Another Workflow, you can remove contacts from specific workflows of your choice among all the available ones in your CRM. To add them, select the workflows you’d like to remove the contact from.

All Workflows Except Current Workflow #

This option will remove the contact from all workflows they are active on, except for the workflow in which the action was included and triggered.

All Workflows #

This option will remove the contact from all workflows they are active on, including the workflow in which the action was included and triggered.

Once you’ve selected your preferred option, click on Save Action. Complete your workflow as normal, then click Save, and you’re done. No worrying about contacts becoming stuck in a workflow they are no longer part of or removing them manually. By using the Remove From Workflow action, you can ensure your processes maintain their efficiency and keep the contact experience streamlined.
