Domain Configuration Overview

The Domain Configuration tab lets you customize your email domain settings for various email types, manage default domains, and optimize email delivery. To access them, head to the SMTP Service tab of the Email Services of your account settings and click Dedicated Domain and IP.

Domain Configuration #

This section lets you select different email domains for specific channels. Your options here are:

  • Calendar Domain: For appointment reminders, cancellations, and confirmations.
  • Payments: For invoices, documents, and order confirmations.
  • One – One Conversation Domain: This lets you send and receive personalized, one-on-one communications to separate them from bulk or campaign emails to improve deliverability and maintain a good sender reputation.
  • Bulk Email Domain: For emails sent in bulk from the Smart List tab in the Contacts section.
  • Campaign Domain: For marketing email campaigns except test campaigns.
  • Workflow Domain: For all outgoing and incoming emails sent from your automation workflows.
  • Default Dedicated Domain: This is your email to be used by default on all connected services.
  • Frequency Settings: When using multiple domains for any category, this lets you set parameters for how often each should be used.
