To provide you with comprehensive social media marketing services, CORE CONNECT needs access to your Facebook Meta Business Manager account. This secure process allows us to manage your Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, create content, and analyze performance data on your behalf.

This guide will walk you through the simple steps to safely grant our team the appropriate access level.

What You’ll Need #

Before starting this process, please ensure you have:

• Administrator access to your Facebook Meta Business Manager account
• Your Instagram account logged in (if you want us to manage Instagram content and ads)
• CORE CONNECT’s email address: stephen@coreconnect.com

Step-by-Step Instructions #

Method 1: Using Meta Business Suite (Recommended) #

Step 1: Access Your Settings

1. Log into your Facebook account and navigate to Meta Business Suite
2. Scroll down on the felt-hand menu bar and click on Settings in the left sidebar

Step 2: Invite CORE CONNECT

1. Select People from the left menu
2. Click the + Invite people button
3. Enter our email address: stephen@coreconnect.com
4. Do not enable “Temporary access” unless specifically requested
5. Click Next

Step 3: Assign Access Level

1. Select Full control or Admin access (recommended for full service capabilities)
2. Click Next

Step 4: Assign Business Assets

1. Select the Facebook Pages you want us to manage
2. Choose Full control (business tools and Facebook) or Admin access for each page
3. If you have Instagram accounts, select those as well with Full control (business tools and Facebook) Admin access
4. For Ad Accounts, select Full control (business tools and Facebook) Admin access to allow us to create and manage campaigns
5. Click Next

Step 5: Send Invitation

1. Review all selections carefully
2. Click Send invitation
3. We’ll receive an email notification and will accept the invitation promptly

Method 2: Using Business Manager (Alternative) #

If you’re redirected to the classic Business Manager interface:

Step 1: Access Business Settings

1. Go to Business settings in your Business Manager
2. Under Users, click People

Step 2: Send Invitation

1. Click + Invite people
2. Enter our email: stephen@coreconnect.com
3. Click Next

Step 3: Set Permissions

1. Select Full Control or Admin access
2. Click Next
3. Choose your Facebook Pages, Instagram accounts, and Ad Accounts (all accounts associated to the business account)
4. Assign Full control (business tools and Facebook) or Admin access for each Facebook, Instagram and Add assets
5. Click Invite

Step 4: Confirm

1. Review the invitation details
2. Click next
3. Click Send invitation

For optimal social media marketing services, please grant CORE CONNECT Admin access to:

• Facebook Pages – Allows us to create posts, respond to messages, and analyze insights
• Instagram Business Accounts – Enables content creation, story management, and engagement

• Catalogs (if applicable) – Allows product catalog management for e-commerce clients

After Sending the Invitation #

1. Confirmation: You’ll see CORE CONNECT listed in your People section once we accept
2. Timing: It may take 1-3 days for all features to become fully available
3. Next Steps: Our team will contact you to confirm access and discuss your social media strategy

Troubleshooting #

Can’t find the invite option?

• Ensure you have admin/owner permissions for your Business Manager
• Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in

Instagram account not appearing?

• Make sure you’re logged into your Instagram account in the same browser
• Follow the “Before you begin” steps above to connect your Instagram account
