Lift Restriction Capability for Agencies

Lift Restriction Capability for Agencies

As an agency owner, helping your customers is crucial. When a sub-account is restricted from sending messages, a notification banner will replace the “You are now A2P 10DLC compliant” banner in the Phone Numbers section. This banner displays restriction statuses for accounts limited due to exceeding error rate and/or opt-out rate thresholds.

Lifting a Restriction #

Agency owners and admins can lift the temporary restrictions imposed on a sub-account when they breach the error and opt-out rate thresholds. To do so, click Lift Restriction.

A window will appear to explain the consequences of lifting the suspension. Check the consent box, then type confirm to complete the lift.

Note: If you complete this step, you are providing explicit acknowledgment of the risks involved.

Upon completion, the sub-account’s messaging capabilities will be immediately restored.

A Few Important Notes #

  • This feature is available only for agencies with a minimum of 3 months in HighLevel and outside the trial period.
  • The feature is not valid for Carrier Suspensions.
