How to Use the Resend to Unopened Emails Feature #
Access the Feature #
Navigate to the Marketing tab in the left-hand menu, then select Emails > Campaigns.
Customize Your Resend Campaign #
Locate the email campaign you want to resend, then click the three dots next to it. Select the resend option.
Set a scheduled time for the resend.
Note: Emails can be sent to non-openers 12 hours to 10 days after the original send date.
Customize the subject line to make it more appealing and engaging. Click Confirm to finalize the changes and schedule the resend. The campaign will be sent to contacts who did not open the previous email, based on the specified date and time.
