Your dashboard gives you an overview of your business stats, such as opportunities you’ve closed or appointments that have been rescheduled.
However, when in need of specific widgets, selecting them from the drop-down menu can be confusing, so we’ll show you how to use this feature to add relevant dashboard widgets directly from key pages.
Which Sections Can I Add Widgets From? #
You can use this method from:
- The Call Report tab in the Reporting section.
- The Appointment Report tab in the Reporting section.
- The Opportunities tab inside the Opportunities section.
How Do I Add Dashboard Insights? #
To add a new widget directly from one of the supported pages, start by locating the grid icon (in Opportunities, click the three-dot icon to access it).
Select the dashboard from the drop-down menu.
Uncheck the box next to the widgets you don’t want to add (1). All widgets will have the selection box checked by default; any widget with this box checked will be added to your dashboard (2).
Click Confirm & Add to include the widgets in your dashboard.
📌 Note: Clicking Navigate to Dashboard will not include the widgets; instead simply redirects you to the Dashboard.
Once the widget is included, you can close the window (1) to remain in the same section or click “View Dashboard” (2) to be redirected to the Dashboard section.
The widgets will be added at the bottom of your widget, where you can click the pencil icon to enter editing mode and relocate, resize, or add filters to them.
