Setting Up the Trigger #

Create a new workflow or edit an existing one in Draft.

Click + Add New Trigger and select New Review Received.

Available Filters #

Click Add Filters to set added criteria. For this trigger, there are three main filters:

  • Is Review Spam: Separates reviews that the system has marked as Spam from those that are not spam.
  • Review Rating: Separates reviews depending on whether the rating is equal to, greater than, or less than the selected number.
  • Review Source: Separates reviews based on the page you received them on, which is especially useful if you are managing several branches or review pages.

You can mix and match these filters based on your needs. If none are selected, you can use these filters as conditionals in your If/Else actions.
