Accessing Certificates #
To get started, navigate to Memberships > Certificates > Issued Certificate. This section provides a comprehensive overview of all certificates issued within your CRM.
Select Date Range #
Use the date filter to specify the time frame for the certificate data you want to export. This ensures you retrieve only the necessary information.
Export CSV #
Locate the Export Data button next to the search by title field and click it to begin the export process.
In the popup, click the Download button to complete the process.
