How to Enable and Use Reviews AI

Building a strong online reputation and gaining customer trust is easier than ever with the Reviews AI feature. This tool offers two modes: Suggestive and Auto-Pilot, each with its unique benefits. In this guide, we’ll explain these modes and how they work, along with the pricing structure. Plus, we’ll cover how you can bill your clients for this tool.

How to Enable Reviews AI #

To enable Reviews AI across your entire agency, you must activate the AI Employee feature. Follow these steps to proceed:

Navigate to Agency View and select the “Settings” tab located at the bottom left of the sidebar. Scroll down and select the “Company” tab.

Within the Basic Details tab, locate the “AI Employee” option within the Features section, and ensure the feature is enabled.

Once enabled, this feature will be accessible to all clients and can be managed for each sub-account through the Agency Settings > AI Employee section.

To disable the feature for specific sub-accounts, navigate to the AI Employee tab and toggle the feature switch for the desired sub-accounts.

How Re-billing Works #

Agencies pay for AI Employee usage through HighLevel and receive invoices with HighLevel branding. Sub-accounts (your clients) pay you, the agency, and receive invoices branded with your agency’s name. Payments are deposited into your connected Stripe account.

This model works similarly to other products that use re-billing or reselling, such as LC Phone or LC Email. The re-billing of AI Employee utilizes “credits” from both the agency wallet and the location wallet.

  • To prevent the accrual of execution costs for existing sub-accounts, rebilling must be manually enabled for each sub-account within the Agency view.
  • If AI Employee is enabled through the SaaS Configurator, newly created sub-accounts will automatically be enrolled in AI Employee, requiring no additional action from the agency.

Re-billing Costs to Clients (For $497 SaaS Agencies) #

From the AI Employee section, you can also activate the Rebilling switch to bill your SaaS clients at cost or apply a markup. Enabling this toggle will direct you to a page where you can specify the rebilling amount. Use the slider to adjust the desired markup and save your changes.

Repeat these steps for all sub-accounts where you would like to apply re-billing for AI Employee usage.

You can also customize individual offerings within the Sub-Accounts section. Navigate to your Agency dashboard, then select the Sub-Accounts tab. Locate the sub-account and click the three dots icon. Select “Manage Client.”

Note: Before completing these steps, switch the sub-account to SaaS mode.

Navigate to the AI Employee Re-Sell Settings section and toggle it on. Use the slider to adjust the desired markup and save your changes.

How Does Reviews AI Work? #

To begin, switch to a sub-account and go to the Reputation Settings. The Reviews AI section will automatically open, allowing you to choose between the Suggestive, and Auto Responses modes. Select the most suitable option according to your needs, then click Save to apply the changes.

Suggestive Mode: Crafting Authentic Responses #

Suggestive Mode helps you compose personalized review responses. It offers suggestions based on the review content, making it easier to engage with customers genuinely. After saving this setting, head to the Reviews tab, then locate the review you wish to reply to and select the AI Reply button. Reviews AI will then generate a unique response tailored to the message.

Review the response in the text field and tweak it to your liking before sending. Alternatively, regenerate the response to modify another suggestion.

Note: After the first three free trials, each regeneration costs $0.08 while on the pay per usage pricing structure.

Auto-Pilot Mode: Streamlining Review Management #

Auto-Pilot Mode is designed to enhance efficiency by automating the review response process, saving you time while maintaining a professional touch. With this feature, you can tailor responses for specific sources, such as Facebook and Google, ensuring that your replies align with the platform and audience.

You can also customize automated responses based on star ratings, ensuring that each reply is relevant and appropriate. Furthermore, set wait times before responses are sent, giving you flexibility in managing communication. Additionally, to add a personal touch, Auto-Pilot Mode allows you to include review response footers, such as thank-you notes or your business name.

By using this feature, you can enhance your review management system by utilizing the auto-responder for consistency, or the suggestive responses for clear and efficient communication.

Best Practices for Reviews AI #

  • Customize suggested responses to match your brand’s tone and personality.
  • Regularly review and adjust Auto-Pilot responses to ensure they align with your brand’s values.
  • Remember the importance of deeper customer engagement beyond review replies.
