Setting Your Workflow #
- Navigate to the Workflows tab inside the Automation section and click Create Workflow.
- Set the trigger as Customer Replied with the filter Reply Channel WhatsApp.
- Click the plus sign icon to add an action and select WhatsApp: Send Flows.
- Select the flow you wish to use.
- Customize the flow’s information if needed, then click Save Action.
This will create a branch for you to configure the actions to follow. Configure any following actions, and you’re done. You can use these flows to guide users through specific interactions, such as booking appointments or collecting information directly inside WhatsApp.
