Affiliate Manager Settings

The Affiliate Manager Settings section provides control over your affiliate campaigns, allowing you to adjust global settings that apply to all affiliate activities. This includes defining commission structures, setting payout terms, and customizing general preferences related to your affiliate program. Additionally, you can personalize the Affiliate Manager interface by modifying the headers of the tabs, ensuring they align with your specific needs.

Click the Settings option within the Affiliate Manager dropdown to access this section.

Default Campaign Settings #

Default Campaign Settings refer to the configurations that will be automatically applied to all new campaigns you create.

Note: These settings will only be applied to new campaigns and will not impact any existing campaigns.

Affiliate Email Notification #

Activate the Affiliate email notification to automatically send an email to new affiliates. Once enabled, choose a template from the drop-down menu or opt for the default template.

Cookie Life #

Set the cookie life for each affiliate, which can range from 2 to 365 days. The cookie life refers to the duration that a tracking cookie will remain active on a user’s browser after they click an affiliate link. This cookie tracks the user’s actions and ensures that any resulting conversions (such as sign-ups or purchases) are attributed to the correct affiliate.

Payout Terms #

Choose when Affiliate Payouts are issued, providing flexibility in managing your affiliate program’s payment schedule.

Setup Fees #

Incorporate setup fees into the total sales amount, ensuring they are included in the commission calculations for affiliates.

Sub Affiliate Signup Page #

Enable this toggle to grant affiliates the ability to independently share sign-up forms and recruit sub-affiliates.

Auto Enrolling New Customers as Sub Affiliates #

When this feature is enabled, new customers will be automatically enrolled as sub-affiliates under the affiliate who referred them.

Affiliate Portal Settings #

This section lets you control the general settings for your affiliates’ requirements and payouts.

  • Enable an option to require tax forms from affiliates prior to payout.
  • For added privacy, enable an option that removes their information from referral emails.
  • Enable an option to require affiliates to set up their payout method for smooth commission payments.
  • Control the payout methods available to your affiliates with this setting.

Once enabled, select the payout methods you want to offer affiliates in their portal. Verify your selections, then click Save. Affiliates will now see only the selected methods in their portal.

Customizations #

In the Customizations section, you can update the headers of the Affiliate Manager tabs to align with your preferences. These changes will be reflected in the Affiliate Manager drop-down.

Save #

After making any adjustments, click the save button to retain your changes.

Restore Default #

Click this button to revert the changes to the default configurations.
