Sub-Accounts Overview

Managing Sub-Accounts efficiently requires the right tools, and the Sub-Accounts tab provides everything needed to streamline operations. From creating and organizing accounts to configuring billing, reselling services, and accessing key performance metrics, this section helps ensure smooth management. Let’s check it out!

Main Options #

View Scheduled Reports #

At the top right corner of the Sub-Accounts tab, you’ll find the option to access Scheduled Reports. These reports can be sent automatically to Sub-Account admins, ensuring they receive regular updates on account performance.

Create Sub-Account #

You can add a new Sub-Account directly from this tab. Click on the Create New Sub-Account button and follow the prompts to set up the account details, services, and billing preferences.

Search Bar #

Use the Search bar to find a specific Sub-Account by name.

Download Report #

If you need a report, you can generate and download it using the Download Report button.

Switch to Table View #

Click this button to display the list of sub-accounts in a table view.

Organizing Sub-Accounts #

These tools help you organize the sub-accounts shown to you for increased efficiency. They are:

  • Date Range: Filter Sub-Accounts by Date Range to view accounts created or modified within a specific period.
  • Columns: Customize Columns by selecting or deselecting information displayed in the list.
  • Sort By: Sort Sub-Accounts alphabetically or by different criteria for better organization.
  • Filter: The Filter option allows you to refine the displayed Sub-Accounts based on their specific attributes or settings.
  • Agency Sub-Accounts: Toggle this option to limit the results to sub-accounts connected directly to the agency management.

Bulk Actions #

Select individual accounts (1) or all accounts (2) to perform bulk actions from the Bulk Actions Menu (4). Bulk Action options include enabling SaaS or pausing the selected sub-accounts. The history of these actions can be managed from the Bulk Action History tab (3) should you need to revise any changes or check the status of the action.

Understanding the Sub-Accounts Card #

Each Sub-Account is represented by a card that displays essential information.

  • At the top left, you’ll find the Sub-Accounts’ name, address, and phone number.
  • In the top right corner are key performance metrics for the Sub-Accounts.
  • At the bottom of each card, you’ll notice small icons that indicate which services are active for those Sub-Accounts. This includes information about whether WordPress and Yext are enabled, whether SaaS Mode is active, if a SaaS subscription is in use, and if phone or email rebilling is enabled. Additionally, it shows whether LC handles phone or email management. These icons provide a quick snapshot of the Sub-Accounts’ status and settings.
  • The Reports option enables you to view the daily statistics of the Sub-Account.
  • Use the Switch to Sub-Account option to directly access the Sub-Accounts dashboard.

To access more detailed information about a specific Sub-Account, click on its name or select the three dots at the bottom right corner of the card and then click on Manage Client. You can also click on the Switch to SaaS option to enable SaaS within that particular Sub-Account or turn it into an agency sub-account.

Switch to Sub-Account #

If you need to work within a specific Sub-Account, you’ll first need to select the account before switching to it. To do this, locate the Sub-Account in the list or use the Search Bar to find it quickly.

Once you’ve identified the correct Sub-Account, click on the Switch to Sub-Account option. This will take you directly into the account’s dashboard, where you can manage its settings and operations.

Actions #

The Actions section allows you to Load a Snapshot, Delete Sub-Account, Pause Sub-Account or Add as Agency Sub-Account.

Basic Details #

Now that you are on the account’s detail page, you can edit the account details like the Contact info for the account, associated tasks, notes, and social links.

SaaS #

If SaaS Mode is not enabled, you can activate it from this section. If already enabled, you’ll see additional options on the right side to:

  • Enable or disable specific products and features.
  • Manage the Account Wallet, where you can debit or credit funds.
  • Set monthly Complimentary Credits and configure Credit Rollovers for the next month.

Features and Limits #

Under Usage Limits, you can define the User Limit and Contact Limit, ensuring that Sub-Accounts stay within allocated limits.

In the Features section, you can manage access by enabling or disabling specific tools available to the account.

Rebilling #

The Rebilling section allows you to enable or disable rebilling for specific services and adjust the Rebilling Rate, which applies only to the current Sub-Account. You can turn this option on by clicking the Enable Rebilling button.

Reselling #

In the Reselling section, you can control which services are available for resale, which include Workflow Pro, Ad Manager, WordPress, and other services.

Marketplace Apps #

Sub-Accounts can integrate with various Marketplace Apps to extend functionality. You can manage app installations and configurations directly from this section.

Advanced Settings #

For more customized control, the Advanced Settings section provides additional configuration options for the Sub-Account’s SMS/Email Limits.

By utilizing features like filters, reports, and performance tracking, agencies can maintain better control over client accounts, improve workflow efficiency, and enhance overall account management.
