How It Works #
Navigate to your existing WhatsApp Marketing Template in the Settings > WhatsApp section of your account. A modal will appear, prompting you to convert your marketing templates to utility templates with AI. Click the “Create Utility Templates Now” button to proceed.
If it does not pop up automatically, start by clicking the WhatsApp Template Rewriter option.
Once the view is loaded, a list of the utility templates you have created will be displayed. You can use the search bar to locate specific templates and select the desired one by checking the box beside its name.
After you have chosen the relevant templates, click the Convert to Utility Template button. The AI will rewrite the message content to align with utility messaging guidelines, retain all essential assets such as variables and media, rename the template by appending “_utility,” and submit the new utility template for Meta review.
