Once selected, you will be able to update the action name, if required. This allows you to assign a clear and descriptive name to give context to the action’s purpose.

Input Text #

Specify the message source or input field that the intent detection will analyze. If your workflow trigger is “Customer Replied” or you have preceding actions that will capture a response, you can use the Message Body custom value.
