Configuring User Limits for SaaS Sub-Accounts

Configuring User Limits for SaaS Sub-Accounts

You can control how many users can be added to your sub-accounts in SaaS Mode. This limit only affects the users specific to the sub-account, while you can still add as many agency-level users as you need. Setting a user limit is an easy way to create separation between plans and encourage customers to purchase upgrades.

Configuring User Limits for SaaS Plans #

Go to the Agency View and click on the SaaS Configurator. Then, select Edit Details for the plan you want to set a user limit for.

Switch to the Pricing tab and find the User Limit option.

By default, there’s no limit. Turn on the User Limit toggle and set the limit you want for this plan.

Click Save. Now the user limit is in place for this plan, and it will apply to any new sub-accounts created or upgraded to this plan.

Updating User Limits for Specific Sub-Accounts #

Go to the Sub-Accounts page at the agency level and select the sub-account where you want to set a user limit.

Switch to the Usage Limit section, where you can change user limits.

Set or update the limit as needed and click Save.

It’s important to note that the user limit set on the Manage Client page takes precedence over the limit of the subscribed plan for that sub-account. If the sub-account decides to upgrade their plan, the limit will be adjusted according to their new plan.
