Conversations in the Mobile App

The Conversations section in the Mobile App allows you to view and manage ongoing conversations directly from your mobile device. With the option to filter, archive, star, or delete conversations, managing conversations on your mobile device has never been more convenient.

Access Conversations #

Open the mobile app and navigate to the conversations section.

Search #

Use the search bar to look for a specific contact by entering a few characters of their name, email address, or phone number.

Inboxes #

Choose whether to view conversations in the team inbox, your personal inbox, or internal messages with team members.

Filter #

Apply the filters to refine the results according to your preferences. Navigate through the filters row by scrolling or select the filter button to access additional filtering options.

Frequently used filters can be saved as quick filters for easier access within the Filter modal. This allows you to quickly apply commonly used criteria without configuring them repeatedly.

Once saved, you can access your quick filters by clicking the quick filters button.

Initiate a New Conversation #

Reach out to your contacts by clicking the “+” icon.

This gives you the option to send an SMS, email, create a group chat, or send a new internal notification.

Additional Actions #

Swipe left on any contact to star or enable DND for the conversation. Click “More” to get access to other actions.

These other actions include archiving the chat, marking the conversation as unread, viewing contact information, or permanently deleting the conversation.

For batch actions, press and hold a conversation card to select it. Add additional contacts by tapping the radio button beside their name, email address, or phone number. Once your selection is complete, use the lower panel to apply the desired action.

Conversation Card Actions #

Within a conversation card, you can access a range of features by selecting the contact and clicking the Actions menu. Available options include: scheduling an appointment, creating an opportunity, sending a review request, viewing contact activity, adding internal comments, or deleting the conversation.

Furthermore, you can switch between various available channels using the channel selector.

After clicking in the text box, you can open your camera to capture an image or click the plus icon to select an attachment from your device storage, request payment, include custom values, trigger links, and more, then schedule your message for sending or send it immediately.

For WhatsApp-based conversations, you can also select a preconfigured interactive WhatsApp template with CTA buttons.
