Form Builder Overview

Form Builder Overview

The form builder section offers a range of form types that can be created to capture data relevant to your business goals. For example, you can create forms to engage website visitors and gather lead information, or generate forms to gather vital details when someone books an appointment on your calendar.

Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access to all of the components.

When you’re working with many forms at once you may find it helpful to organize them into folders. The folders will be inside the regular view as if they were another form, and can be identified by the small icon on the left side.

When you click on any folder’s name, you can see the forms you’ve created or moved inside the folder organized as explained in the Form List section.

To get out of a folder’s results click Home at the top left corner.

Frequently Asked Questions #

What types of forms can I build in the form builder? #

You can build a range of form types to capture business-relevant data, such as lead-capture forms for website visitors or intake forms tied to calendar bookings.

Why can’t I see all the form components? #

Access to components depends on your user permissions. If something is missing, an administrator may need to adjust your permission level.

How do I find a specific form in a long list? #

Use the Search Forms By Name field at the top of the form list and type the name of the form you’re looking for.

What happens if I delete a form or folder? #

Deleting a form removes it permanently. Deleting a folder permanently removes the folder and all forms stored inside it, so move anything you want to keep first.

How do I organize my forms? #

Create folders and use the Move To Folder action to group related forms together. Click a folder’s name to open it and Home to return to the main list.

How do I start building a new form? #

Click the Add Form button to begin crafting a custom form, or use Create Folder to set up a new folder first.
