Gift cards provide recipients with the benefit of choice and flexibility, so if a customer has purchased one or you’ve sent one to them, they can use it to buy any of your products. Let’s learn how.

Receiving a Gift Card #

Once a customer has completed their gift card purchase, or you’ve sent one to them, they will get an email containing the gift card details. The most important detail is the Gift Card Code, which they must copy to pay using their funds.

Using a Gift Card at Checkout #

When completing a purchase on your funnels, websites, or stores, customers can enter their gift card code in the space provided before their card details.

If you send a payment link to the customer, they can also use it after clicking “Pay.” For any calendars you’re collecting payment for, Gift Card Balance will be a payment option.

Whenever a customer uses their gift card to pay, they can view their available balance under the Gift Card section.

Customers can continue using their gift card for payment until the balance is depleted. The gift card balance can be redeemed for any product, covering the full amount for all payment providers, or a partial amount with the remaining balance charged to another payment method using supported payment providers (Stripe, NMI, Authorize.net, Square).
