Survey Submitted Trigger

Survey Submitted Trigger

The Survey Submitted trigger is designed for specific actions after a lead submits a survey. This trigger activates each time someone submits a survey, thus triggering the workflow created for the task. This feature allows businesses to streamline their workflow and automate certain actions based on survey submissions, resulting in improved efficiency and a more personalized customer experience.

Adding the Survey Submitted Trigger #

To get started setting up your workflow, click on Add New Trigger and select Survey Submitted.

Note: To publish workflows you have added a trigger to, you must establish workflow actions. Without both, you can only save the workflow.

Add Filters #

You can filter your trigger by clicking Add Filter and selecting Disqualified or Survey Is.

Disqualified #

This filter is useful when you want the system to activate the trigger based on the qualification status of the survey submitted. Disqualified “Is False” means the survey is not disqualified (the survey is “Qualified”), whereas Disqualified “Is True” means the survey is disqualified.

Survey Is #

The Survey Is filter displays a dropdown list when a user has one or more surveys within the system. Users can select the survey they want to use to activate the trigger from this list.

Terms and Conditions #

Set up filters to differentiate users based on whether they have accepted the Terms and Conditions (T&C). This enables:

  • Audience Segmentation: Identify and categorize users according to their T&C agreement status.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that only those who have agreed to the terms can proceed within workflows.
  • Personalized Workflow Actions: Customize processes and responses based on a user’s agreement status for a more tailored experience.

Once you have set up your filters and reminders, click Save Trigger to finalize your survey submitted workflow.

You can add workflow actions to automate tasks such as notifications, follow-ups, or account updates. Once you have set up the trigger and its actions, Publish and Save the workflow to enable its functionality.

By leveraging the Survey Submitted trigger, you can efficiently automate actions based on survey responses, enhancing productivity and creating a tailored experience for your leads.
