This is a great opportunity for an upsell, whether that be to other courses or to extra services you have. One way to do it is by using the Certificates Issued trigger to start nurturing them.

Adding Filters #

By clicking on Add Filter, you can keep it only for a specific template or use one of your custom fields to make it more specific.

Templates #

Use the operators Is, Is Not, Is Empty, or Is Not Empty to choose what will activate the workflow. If you choose the operators Is or Is Not, select the certificate template from the dropdown on the right.

Finally, click on Save Trigger to set it.
