Note Added Trigger

Note Added Trigger

The Note Added trigger activates a workflow when a note is attached to a contact. By implementing this trigger, you can automate specific actions or responses, ensuring that your team stays informed about important updates and enabling more efficient customer relationship management.

To initiate this process, click Add New Workflow Trigger and choose Note Added from the dropdown menu labeled Choose a Workflow Trigger.

All Filters #

You can filter the trigger by clicking the Add Filters button.

Doesn’t Have a Tag #

By selecting the Doesn’t Have Tag filter option, this workflow will ONLY be triggered when you add notes to a contact that doesn’t have the tag you specify in the filter area.

Has Tag #

By selecting the Has Tag filter, the workflow will only fire when a note is added to a contact who has the specified tag.

Once satisfied with your filters, click Save Trigger. And there you have it—you can add any actions you’d like the workflow to follow. Remember to click save at the top right corner to maintain your changes and switch your workflow to Publish once you’re ready to implement the automation.

Note: You need a workflow trigger and action to PUBLISH workflows. Without both, you can only save the workflow and not publish it.
