Despite the numerous benefits they bring, creating emails can often be tedious, time-consuming, and complex. Outsourcing this task can also incur significant costs. Therefore, we recommend utilizing your premade email templates to streamline the process and reduce expenses.
Your Email Templates are completely customizable and easy to access inside your account. To access the templates, head over to your Email Templates inside the Marketing section of your system.
Click on New and select Email Marketing Templates, there you will have access to your Email Template Library where you can find all templates available to you.
Filtering the Results #
You can browse templates in different categories. All Templates will have all available results, My Templates will show you only templates you’ve created or uploaded, Shared With Me will be for any templates other people share with you, System Template will be the default templates available to everyone inside the CRM, and Favourites will include all your Starred Templates.
Sorting the Templates #
With categories, you can look for results more relevant to your business or current campaign. You can add tags in addition to them to get as specific as you need.
Hover over any Template and click the Heart icon to add it to your Favourites within the CRM.
You can change how the results are sorted by opening the drop-down menu at the top right corner.
Using the Templates #
Once you find a template that you like, click preview.
This will open the extended preview and give you extra information on the template itself and the tags added to it. If you decide to use this template, click Continue to download the template and start using it. The download will take a few seconds, and then the email editor will open for you to customize and use your template.
NOTE: If the creation process was initiated within a folder, the template will be saved in that specific folder. Otherwise, it will appear in the general list of templates.
