Accessing the Docs & Files #
- First, open the mobile app and log in with your account credentials. From the main dashboard, access the apps section.
- Next, click the Book icon to access all the Contacts within your CRM.
- Click on the contact’s name that you want to check.
- Switch to the Docs & Files tab, where you’ll see all documents by default.
- Use the top bar to switch around categories.
- The files will be organized into folders. Click them to access the individual files.
