The Products Tab in Stores provides you with complete control over product visibility in the selected store. This feature allows you to include or exclude products from specific stores and set their priority, enhancing flexibility and efficiency in inventory management.
To access the product details for a specific store, go to the “Stores” tab, select the store you wish to review, and then click on “Products” to view detailed data for that store’s products.
By default, all products will be displayed. However, you can filter the view to display only the products that are included or excluded, allowing for a more tailored view.
Search #
Quickly locate products by entering their Product Name in the Search bar.
Filters #
Filter products based on Collections, allowing you to view and manage items grouped under specific categories for more efficient organization.
Bulk Actions #
Use the Bulk Actions feature to update the publishing status of multiple products at once. Select all products or choose the specific ones from the list, then determine whether they should be included or excluded from the store.
Products Table #
The products table provides essential information, including:
- Product Name: The unique identifier assigned to the product.
- Product Type: Indicates whether the product is physical or digital.
- Updated: The date when the product was last modified, which can be viewed in ascending or descending order by clicking the arrow.
- Publishing: Shows whether the product is included or excluded from the store.
- Display Priority: Allows you to assign whole number values to each product to determine its display priority. Lower values represent higher priority, meaning the product will appear earlier in the list.

Important Notes #
- When the “Include in Online Store” option is disabled, the product will not be available for inclusion or exclusion in any store.
- New stores will inherit product visibility based on the status of the “Include in Online Store” setting.
- Visit product pages for editing by clicking on specific products in this section.
- Products with lower Display Priority values are shown first. If multiple products share the same priority, they are sorted alphabetically (A–Z).
- The “Featured” sorting option in the Product List element follows the priority logic and is set as the default for newly created stores.
- Regardless of priority, out-of-stock products will always appear at the end of the list.
