How to Add a Contact Photo

Adding a profile picture to your contacts helps you easily identify who you’re talking to. So, let’s check how to do it.

Adding a Contact Photo #

Start by navigating to the Smart Lists tab inside the Contacts section, and click + Add Contact to create a new contact.

In the contact creation module, click the pencil icon under Contact Image.

Click upload image to select one from your desktop.

Fill out the other contact details. Once ready, click Save.

Your contact will be created with an image instead of their initials as their identifying bubble.

Editing a Contact Photo #

If you have an already created contact whose photo you wish to change, first access their contact details by clicking on their name in the Smart Lists tab of the Contacts section.

Hover over the image or initials icon, then click the pencil icon that appears.

Click Upload From Computer to select your image from your local files.

Crop your image as desired, then click Save.

And there you have it. Now you can add images to your contacts’ profiles and easily identify them.
