How It Works #
Click the plus icon in your desired workflow builder, then locate and select the “AI Summarize” action from the list.
Action Name #
Once selected, you will be able to update the action name, if required. This allows you to assign a clear and descriptive name to give context to the action’s purpose.
Max Length #
Enter the maximum length of the summarized message. For example, 1 paragraph, 2 sentences, or 3 words. Click the tag icon to utilize a custom value instead.
Input Text #
Enter the text you want to summarize or use a custom value. If your workflow trigger is “Customer Replied” or you have preceding actions that will capture a response, you can use the Message Body custom value.
Once you are satisfied with your configurations, save the action and let workflow AI save you valuable time and effort.
