Managing Voice AI configurations across multiple Sub-Accounts can be complex, but using snapshots simplifies the process significantly. With Voice AI support in Snapshots, users can effortlessly replicate their Voice AI setups, including agents, workflows, prompts, and settings, across different Sub-Accounts without the need for manual reconfiguration.
Create a Snapshot #
To begin, navigate to the Agency View and locate the Account Snapshots section in the left sidebar. If you do not have an existing snapshot, click the Create New Snapshot button to create one.
Enter a Name for your snapshot and choose the Sub-Account from which you want to extract the necessary Voice AI configurations. Click “Next” to proceed. Select the Voice AI components you wish to include in the snapshot.
Note: Assigned phone numbers and post-call user notification settings are not included in the snapshot.
Search for or Create a Sub-Account #
Before applying the snapshot, ensure that the correct Sub-Account is selected or created. Use the Search function to locate an existing Sub-Account. If the Sub-Account does not exist, create a new one.
Once you have identified the correct Sub-Account, click the three-dotted button next to it, and in the pop-up, select Manage Client.
Load Snapshot #
Click on the Actions dropdown menu. Select Load Snapshot.
In the popup window, choose the snapshot that contains the Voice AI configurations you want to apply.
Click Select All to ensure all relevant assets are included, or expand the asset list to choose specific agents. Click Proceed, then follow the remaining prompts to finalize the process.
A notification will appear in the top right corner. It is accessible via the bell icon once the snapshot upload is complete.
Review and Use the Templates #
Head to Settings > Voice AI in the Sub-Account. Review the imported configurations, including agents, workflows, and prompts. Ensure that all settings are correctly applied and functioning as intended.
