Important Note: Before using this feature on the mobile app, ensure your document templates are saved on the web platform since the mobile app does not currently support creating templates from scratch.
How It Works #
Access the Documents and Contracts Section #
Open the mobile app, and click the Apps menu. Tap the Documents and Contracts option from the list.
View Existing Documents and Templates #
Browse the All Documents section to view drafts and sent documents.
Switch to the Templates tab to access saved templates for document creation.
Create a New Document #
Tap the floating “+” button at the bottom-right of the All Documents screen to initiate the document creation process.
Select a document template from your library, then proceed to the next step.
Update the document name, then add the required contact(s) for the document.
Optional: Add Items from the Product Catalog #
Include items if you are generating a quote or estimate.
Note: This step is optional and can be skipped if not needed.
Review and Send #
Carefully review the document details for accuracy, and add a discount if applicable. Once finalized, send the document via email or generate a unique link for sharing.
