Setting Call Recording Up #
To turn on call recording, go to Settings in the bottom left-hand corner and then find Phone Numbers. Click the 3-dot icon corresponding to the number for which you wish to enable call recording, then select Edit Configuration.
Start Recording Calls #
Within this dialogue, you can modify your phone number settings. Enable the “Call Recording” toggle to turn on call recordings.
Choose whether to notify your contacts that the call is being recorded by enabling the “Call Recording Message” option.
In the text field below, you can enter a custom message to inform contacts, regardless of whether the call is incoming or outgoing, that the conversation is being recorded. The content of this message is fully customizable to suit your preferences.
