Your quizzes are an opportunity to offer a unique experience that captivates customers’ attention, and keeping this experience properly customized and branded goes a long way in ensuring it’s a memorable one. The “Settings” section inside your Quiz builder will help you achieve that personalization.
To access it, switch to the Settings section using the top bar.
On Submit #
Here, you will set what happens when your survey is submitted. You can pick between:
- Redirect to URL: If you choose the Open URL option, the visitor will be redirected to the designated web page of your choice. A Thank You page is recommended as it provides positive reinforcement for the visitor.
- Message: You can opt for the Message option, which allows you to display a custom message created by you upon form submission.
- Result Template: This template serves as the final screen of the quiz experience and can be used in various ways depending on your goals. You can customize it by selecting this option or clicking Edit Template at the bottom of your quiz. If you will use this option, we recommend checking the article “How to Customize Your Quiz Result Template” for an in-depth explanation.
Message #
When using the Message option, you can write and format your message with inline styles: bold, italics, font sizes, colors, emojis, and more, all directly inside the editor.
You can customize your layout for Desktop and Mobile independently with the icon at the top right corner.
Additionally, you can customize background, font weight, padding, margin, and text box corner radius in the Message Styling section.
Preview #
The preview section helps you see how your message looks against your actual background image, updated instantly as you edit.
Facebook Options #
Facebook Pixel ID #
If you want to track form submissions with your Facebook Pixel for analytics and advertising, add your Facebook Pixel ID in the designated box.
If you plan on using the form in a funnel, you can skip this step as the pixel code will already be installed on the funnel page for tracking purposes.
Facebook Pixel Events #
If you have entered a Facebook Pixel, you can specify the event settings for tracking and attribution.
- On-Page View: Choose what events will fire when a visitor lands on the page in which your form is embedded.
- On Form Submission: Choose what events will fire when a visitor submits your form.
Quiz Settings #
- Back Button: This option allows visitors to return to previous slides.
- Disable Animation: Turning this on will disable the slide transition animation.
- Scroll to Top: By using this toggle option, you can choose to scroll to the top of the survey.
- Sticky Contact: Sticky contact will autofill your visitor’s contact information that was previously entered so they do not need to enter it twice.
- Use GDPR-Compliant Font: This will replace your fonts with one that complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Enable Timezone: By keeping the toggle on, you can get the information of the Timezone of the individual submitting the survey.
Those are the basis of how your Options work inside the Quiz builder. Use them to fine-tune the details of your quiz and keep those leads coming! We hope you enjoy it.
