Please read this Terms of Service (“Terms,” “Terms of Service”) carefully before using the https://www.coreconnect.com/ website (the “Website”) operated by CORE Languages, INC., a Corporation formed in South Carolina, United States (“us,” “we,” “our”) as this Terms of Service contains important information regarding limitations of our liability. Your access to and use of this Website is conditional upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to everyone, including but not limited to visitors, users and others, who wish to access and use the Website.

1. Introduction Welcome to our Hosting, Maintenance, and Marketing Services. By subscribing to any of our service plans (Starter Plan, Growth Plan, or Premium+ Plan or AnyTime Credits), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before purchasing our services.

2. Services Overview We provide hosting, website maintenance, and marketing services tailored to meet the needs of our clients. Our services include:

  • Website Development – Included website development (with transfer options)
  • Hosting and Security – Professional hosting with Enterprise level CDN and Security
  • Regular Updates and Maintenance – Each plan comes with dedicate support and maintenance. Let us update your site for you with your most up-to-date content.
  • Content Creation – Need help getting the word out about your company? Let us help by adding helpful blog articles or writing monthly newsletters to attract new customers.
  • Marketing Services – From social media posts to SEO to email marketing, we can help your company build the ultimate marketing machine.
  • AnyTime Credits – If your project is outside the scope of your monthly package, you can purchase AnyTime credits to get those big projects completed.

Plan Details:

  • Starter Plan ($99/month): Includes a 4-page website, tailored template design, basic analytics, and 1 hour/month of small website updates.
  • Growth Plan ($199/month): Includes an 8-page custom website design, advanced analytics, and 2 hours/month of small website updates.
  • Premium+ Plan ($299/month): Includes a 10+ page custom website design, advanced analytics, 2 blog articles per month, and 2 hours/month of small website updates.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Subscription Duration

  • CORE CONNECT employs a monthly recurring subscription fee “Monthly Plans” for ongoing site support, updates, maintenance and account access. The recurring subscription automatically renews monthly from the date of purchase at the current advertised package rate. The subscription may be canceled at any time. In the case of cancellation, CORE CONNECT will keep a backup of your site for 30 days. If you wish to relaunch your site during this time, there will be no charge. After this period, your site contents will be deleted from our hosting and you will need to start a new subscription and site.
  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time without penalty.
  • You may downgrade your plan at any time. If you downgrade, you will lose all features provided at your previous plan tier.
  • AnyTime Credits are purchased as needed and do not expire.

3.2 Cancellations

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, the hosting, maintenance, and services provided will cease at the end of the current billing period.
  • If you choose to cancel, the website remains connected to our hosting platform for 30 days and is not transferable unless you purchase a transfer separately (see Option to Transfer). You may copy all text content from the site for commercial or personal use. Images provided by CORE CONNECT are licensed by a 3rd party and will need to be relicensed by client for future use.

3.3 Refunds

  • We offer a full refund on subscription packages within 30 days of your first purchase. After 30 days, all sales are final. Such is the nature of purchasing and downloading a digital product. If there is an issue regarding a package, we will address the problem. Thank you for your understanding.
  • We do not offer refunds on AnyTime Credits. All sales are final. 

4. Website Ownership Policy

4.1 Website Creation and Ownership

  • Your subscription is a hosted seat referred to as “The Website or Website” used under any of our plans and remains the property of CORE CONNECT unless purchased separately by the client.
  • Websites include all page framework, free and paid plugins, licenses, content paid by CORE CONNECT, connected services including AWS created under the selected plan (4 pages for Starter Plan, 8 pages for Growth Plan, and 10+ pages for Premium+ Plan).
  • The client has the right to transfer to their own host at any time as long as subscription is active. See Option to Transfer for transfer details.
  • The CSS, XHTML, PHP, design and any other elements of the packages are released under the GPL license. They and are in total compliance to standards of that license as well as with WordPress. Our themes are not compatible with the wordpress.com blogging community. They are developed for individual installations of the WordPress platform. 

4.2 Option to Transfer

  • Clients may wish to transfer to a separate host. If this occurs within the first 12 months of service, clients may purchase their website for the following rates:
    • Starter Plan: $250 per page
    • Growth Plan: $500 per page
    • Premium+ Plan: $500 per page
  • After the site has been on the CORE CONNECT hosting network for 1 year the transfer fee will be waved.
  • Free and Premium plugins used in the website design are not included in the transfer. Email marketing services and content written using these services are a component of CORE CONNECT services and are not transferable.
  • Transfer includes a transfer zip file of pages and posts and will need to be installed on clients WordPress host. CORE CONNECT will not be responsible for setting up on client’s new host.

4.3 Fair Use Policy

  • Our services are designed to provide long-term hosting and support. Clients subscribing for one month and canceling immediately after receiving a completed website will not be entitled to retain the website without transferring it separately. Similarly, set up of AWS does not entitle clients to receiving AWS emailing features if plan is downgraded from our Premium Plan.

5. Service Features

5.1 Hosting and Maintenance

  • Our hosting services include managed web hosting, SSL certification, plugin and WordPress updates, uptime monitoring, daily security scans, speed optimization, and a 99.99% uptime guarantee.

5.2 Content Writing

  • Content writing services are available as follows:
    • Add-ons for Starter Plan, Growth Plan and Premium+ Plan

5.3 Concierge Services

  • In addition to our core plans, we offer additional concierge services to help clients build their brand. These include SEO, marketing, and content writing services, which can be purchased separately using anytime credits. Clients have the flexibility to use these services as needed to elevate their online presence and brand strategy.

5.4 Customer Support

  • Each plan includes small website updates (1-2 hours per month, depending on the plan), Google Meet video calls, and a shared Dropbox folder for collaboration.

6. Payment Terms

6.1 Monthly Billing

  • All subscriptions are billed monthly. Payments must be made in advance for the upcoming billing cycle.

6.2 Refund Policy

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new clients. If you are unsatisfied with our services within the first 30 days, you may request a full refund.

7. Client Responsibilities

7.1 Content Submission

  • Clients are responsible for providing the necessary content, images, and materials (PDFs etc) to build the website.

7.2 Compliance

  • Clients must comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding the content hosted on their website.

8. Limitations of Liability We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.

Remedies

You also agree that the remedy for breach of this Terms of Service as it relates to your purchase shall be to pursue dispute resolution as provided in the “governing law, severability, dispute resolution, venue and class action waiver” section below. These remedies intended to be your sole and exclusive remedies for any breach of this Terms of Service as it relates to your purchase.

Accounts

When you create an account on our Website, you guarantee that you are 18 years of age or older and that the information that you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Website.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account. You agree to accept responsibility for any and all activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Website or a third party service. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of South Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. These terms shall not be governed by the United Nations convention on contracts for the sale of international goods, the Uniform Commercial Code, nor Incoterms.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
