How to Load a Snapshot with WhatsApp Templates

Managing WhatsApp templates across multiple Sub-Accounts can be time-consuming, but using snapshots makes the process seamless. With WhatsApp Template support in Snapshots, agency owners can quickly copy and apply pre-configured templates across different Sub-Accounts without the hassle of manual recreation.

Create a Snapshot #

To begin, navigate to the Agency View and locate the “Account Snapshots” section in the left sidebar. If you do not have an existing snapshot, you will need to create one.

Enter a Name for your snapshot and choose the Sub-Account from which you want to extract the necessary information. Click “Next” to proceed.

Search for or Create a Sub-Account #

Before applying the snapshot, ensure that the correct sub-account is selected or created. Use the Search function to locate an existing Sub-Account. If the Sub-Account does not exist, create a new one.

Once you have identified the correct sub-account, click the three-dotted button next to it, then select Manage Client in the pop-up.

Load Snapshot #

Click on the “Actions” dropdown menu. Select “Load Snapshot.”

In the popup window, choose the snapshot that contains the WhatsApp templates you want to apply.

Click “Select All” to ensure all relevant assets are included. Click “Proceed”, then follow the remaining prompts to finalize the process.

You’ll receive a notification once the snapshot upload is complete. Look for it in the top right corner by clicking the bell icon.

Review and Use the Templates #

Head to Settings > WhatsApp in the sub-account. Check the approval status of the imported templates. Once approved, the templates are ready to use in Workflows, Bulk Messaging, and Conversations.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly load WhatsApp templates into your Sub-Accounts, ensuring a smooth and consistent communication experience for your clients and customers.
