The Basic Details section allows you to modify your agency’s information and features. It’s made of the following areas.
Company Details #
The Company Details area allows you to update basic company details, such as your agency’s name or website.
Company Address #
The Company Address section allows you to update details related to your agency’s location.
Features #
- AI Employee: By enabling this option, you’ll include AI assistants in your customers’ sub-accounts.
- Workflow – Premium Features: By enabling this option, you’ll include Premium triggers and actions in workflows.
- Workflow – External AI Models: By enabling this option, you’ll add External AI Model support to workflows.
- Domain Purchase: By enabling this option, you’ll add the option for customers to purchase a domain directly inside your CRM.
- Template Library for Clients: Enabling this option allows you to share funnel, website, social planner, and email templates with your sub-account users.

In this area, you can add or update your brand logo, which will be used as the icon for your agency’s app.

Optimize Experience #
The Optimize Experience section allows you to manage guides for you and your clients. These are:
- NPS Survey: To measure customer loyalty and satisfaction by asking how likely they are to recommend your business (0-10 scale).
- Product Guides: If enabled, guides will be shown to sub-account users to help them discover new features and increase adoption and engagement.
- Daily Updates: When enabled, the sub-account users will receive a report of their lead management.
- Lab Features: Turning this feature on gives you and your sub-account users early access to major feature upgrades.
- Preloaded Example Data: This lets you provide prefilled data in new sub-accounts to accelerate onboarding.
Single Sign-On (SSO) #
Single Sign-On (SSO) allows you to access multiple applications with one set of login credentials. Set up SSO for your account to enhance security and streamline access to your applications.
