Templates help remove a lot of friction from the creation process. However, customers can become confused when they see a template for irrelevant modules. So, what can you do to prevent it?
Hiding the template library is the perfect solution; this feature offers you full control over the template scope your customers see.
How To Hide The Template Library? #
In the agency view, navigate to the Template Library section and access the settings tab (indicated by the gear icon).
Click the Customize for Sub-Accounts option.
Locate the sub-account you want to hide the template from and click the toggle icon.
Set your visibility preferences. Here you have two options:
- Hide: To completely hide the template library from this sub-account.
- Hide for specific products: This option allows you to select products you don’t want the sub-account to access. When using this option, select the products to remove from the drop-down menu.
Once the visibility scope is selected, click Save to apply your changes.
This will immediately remove the templates from the sub-account, preventing users from using or modifying them. This feature doesn’t remove access to the templates for you or any other agency admin.
