Booking directly through WhatsApp encourages immediate action from your contacts, providing them the comfort of pre-filled details which ensures a seamless experience. Using this feature allows you to create interactive, guided conversations that simplify the appointment scheduling experience, reducing drop-offs and boosting booking rates.

How To Set It Up #

Navigate to the WhatsApp section inside your Sub-Account Settings and switch to the Flows tab.

Create a new Flow or select your desired Flow from the ones you’ve created. Once inside the builder, select the Calendar where you want the appointments to be booked, then click Next.

Arrange the default form fields to your liking. Once satisfied, click Next.

Note: Please keep in mind that only default form fields can be used for appointment booking.

Add the Header, Body, Footer, and Button text, then click Publish.

Note: Payments for appointments cannot be processed through this flow.

How To Send Them Through Templates #

Inside the WhatsApp section, select the Templates tab and create a New Template.

Create your template as normal, then find the Button section. In there, click + Add Button, then select Flow as the Type.

Add your Button Text and select the desired Flow. Once ready, click Create to save your changes.

Note: Recurring events and guest support are not available.

And there you have it. Now you can start prompting your customers to book with you in the comfort of WhatsApp, eliminating the need to switch to external websites or apps.
