Scheduling an Appointment #

  • Start by navigating to the Calendars tab indicated by the Calendar icon.
  • In the calendars section, click the plus sign icon to add an appointment.
  • Select Schedule Appointment from the options.
  • The contacts list will pop open for you to choose who will attend the appointment.
  • Select the calendar you want to use for the appointment.
  • If needed, use the drop-down to pick a specific team member for the appointment.
  • Set the timezone the appointment’s time will be set in.
  • Select the date and time of the appointment. If using Custom, you can set this manually.
  • Enter an appointment title and description.
  • Enter the location of the appointment. This will be the calendar’s location by default; however, you can change it by selecting Custom.
  • Click Save to set the appointment in the calendar.
