How to Create QR Codes in Bulk

Using QR Codes boosts your online presence, encourages your clients to interact with your business, and easily connects your online business to the offline world. However, creating them one by one can be inefficient when handling a large group. So, let’s review how to use CSV uploads to generate multiple at once.

Generating QR Codes #

To start, navigate to the QR Codes tab inside the Sites section and click the upward-pointing arrow icon.

Upload or drag and drop your CSV file; it should contain a ‘Name’ column for the QR Code and a ‘URL’ column for the redirection destination.

Note: You can download a sample CSV to aid in creating your file.

For added organization, select a folder from the drop-down menu. This step is optional; however, it will group all codes under a single place.

Once ready, click Upload. The system will start generating your QR codes.

Modifying The QR Codes #

Once created, you can modify the QR Code by clicking the Edit button that appears upon hovering.

Then, you can modify the URL you’re using for the QR Code.

Click Next to modify the aesthetic details of your QR Code.

Once you’re satisfied with the new look of your QR Code, click Save.

This allows you to leave QR creation in the background while you complete other tasks and make changes after they’re created. You can repeat this with other QR codes if needed. However, it’s an optional step. Once the QR codes have been created, you can start downloading, sending, and using QR codes to connect with customers.
