Form Submissions

The Submissions section within Forms allows you to store and organize all responses from your Forms. This feature enables you to review collected data, generate reports, and remove any unnecessary information.

Navigate to the Form Submissions section within the Sites tab to get started with this feature. Alternatively, if you want to view submissions for a specific form, you may access them directly inside the builder after clicking the form by using the top bar options.

Downloading Submission Data #

Click the Export button to download a copy of your Form submission data. Once you confirm the export, a download link will be generated and sent to your email within 5 minutes. Please note that this link will expire after 7 days.

Filter by Form #

Select a particular Form whose submissions you wish to view. Alternatively, you can view all Form submissions when the “All Form” option is maintained.

Viewing Submissions by Date Range #

To filter Form submissions by a specific time frame, click on the date bar in the upper-right corner of the page. You can choose from preset options or specify a custom date range. Once selected, click Confirm to update and view the submissions list within the chosen range.

Refreshing Form Data #

To display the most current data, simply click the refresh icon located next to the date range selector. This ensures your Form data is always up to date.

Searching for Submissions #

To find a specific submission, use the search bar at the top of the page. You can search by customer name, phone number, or email address to quickly locate the relevant entry.

Managing Columns Displayed #

Select the Manage Columns option to control the columns displayed in the Submissions table. Users can select, deselect, and reorder the columns to view the data in the order they prefer. Once you have finalized the columns you wish to view, and the order, select the “Apply” button to maintain your changes. The Submissions table will be refreshed to match your preferences.

Form Submission Table #

The Form Submission Table displays all submissions for a selected Form, or all Forms if no specific one is selected. Key submission details, such as the respondent’s name, email, and submission date, are shown prominently for each entry unless the columns are adjusted. Adjust the width of each column by expanding the edges.

Viewing Submission Details #

Click on the expand icon to view an individual submission. By selecting an entry from this list, you can view the full submission details on the right-hand side. Click the download icon to download that submission in PDF format.

Managing Submissions #

You can select individual or multiple submissions by checking the boxes next to each entry.

  • Downloading Submissions: To download an individual submission, click the download icon after the entry is selected. Alternatively, you can download all selected submissions as a .csv file, ideal for storing in your records.
  • Deleting Submissions: If you wish to delete selected submissions, click the delete icon. Please note that once deleted, the data cannot be recovered.
