Security Tab – Stores

Security Tab – Stores

The Security Tab displays the security headers you’ve implemented in your store. These headers are essential for safeguarding your site, as they help protect against various common web attacks. By making it more difficult to exploit client-side vulnerabilities, security headers play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and safety of your online store.

Navigate to the desired store in your account, then click the Security tab to access the feature.

Adding Security Headers #

Add security headers like Content Security Policy (CSP) or HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) to reduce the risk of cross-site scripting attacks and ensure that browsers only connect to your website over HTTPS. This reassures your customers that their data is safe, increasing trust in your business and helping you get more sales.

Security Headers Table #

The Security Headers table displays a list of security headers and their associated values configured on a Store. Each header is designed to enhance the security of a site by enforcing specific policies. The table shows the header name in one column (1) and its corresponding value (configuration or rule) in the next (2). This overview helps you assess and ensure your site’s security.

Click the three dots associated with a header to edit its configuration or remove it from the store.

Regularly reviewing and adjusting your headers through the Security tab ensures that your store stays secure, protecting both your business and your customers. Don’t forget that you can easily update or remove any header by clicking the three dots next to it for further customization!
