For instance, if someone’s birthday is on August 3rd, you could set the reminder to go out on August 2nd. The workflow would then send a message on the 2nd and allow you to use the “Wait” action to follow up with a birthday SMS on the exact day, August 3rd.
Day Is #
The “Day Is” filter triggers a workflow on the exact date of the customer’s birthday. Use this option to ensure timely and celebratory messages are delivered right on their special day.
Month Is #
The “Month Is” filter enables you to send bulk birthday messages to all celebrants for a specific month. For example, you can choose to send a message on the 1st of every month to all customers or team members whose birthdays fall within that month.
