Navigate to the Comments area inside the Social Planner tab of your Marketing section.
Each post will be displayed along with its comments, likes, and shares, if applicable.
Click the refresh symbol to ensure you have the most recent comments if needed.
To respond to a comment, click View More Comments to open the detailed view.
Click Reply under the comment you want to respond to.
Type in your response in the text bubble under the comment.
Using the bigger text box will add a comment underneath the post.
Filtering Results #
To help you find specific comments, you can use the filters at the top to segment your results.
By Channel #
This allows you to select a specific social media account to see comments for.
By Date #
To limit the shown comments to a specific date range, click the Start Date to End Date option.
Select your beginning and ending dates from the calendar option, then click Confirm.
Comments #
You can filter which comments are shown with the bar at the top right, limiting the comments to only the most relevant or showing all comments.
Search By Word #
Use the search bar to find results containing any keywords you desire.
