Email Campaign Settings

Email campaign settings provide a robust framework for creating, managing, and optimizing your email marketing efforts. This guide will walk you through the key settings within the email campaign feature, ensuring that you can effectively configure and tailor your campaigns to achieve optimal results.

Accessing Settings #

Navigate to the Email Campaigns section under the Marketing tab, and then click the gear icon. This will open your email campaign settings where you can view and modify your default campaign configurations.

Attribution #

Tailoring the attribution window and method refines your campaign analysis. By offering flexibility in duration and emphasis, our platform enables data-driven decisions to optimize performance.

Attribution Window #

This setting determines the maximum number of days a campaign will be eligible for attribution. You can adjust the attribution window by using the “+” or “−” options to increase or decrease the timeframe as needed. Alternatively, you may input the desired number of days directly using your keypad.

Attributed To #

Select whether to attribute results to all campaigns or to restrict attribution solely to campaigns associated with products. This choice allows for a more targeted analysis, ensuring that the attribution aligns with your specific campaign objectives.

Verified Sender Emails #

In this section, you can review your existing verified sender emails or add new ones. Verifying your sender emails is essential for ensuring that only authorized users can send emails from your domain. This process safeguards against unauthorized use and helps maintain the integrity and reputation of your brand.

Sender Preferences #

To enhance the efficiency of sending test emails, you may enter the sender’s email address and recipient details within this section.

Sender Name and Email #

Specify the default sender name and email address from which campaigns will be sent. For improved efficiency, you may also use custom values.

Test Recipient (To) #

In this field, you can input up to five email addresses for receiving test emails. Separate each email address with a comma, and you may also include custom values as needed.

Custom Reply #

Enter the email address customers should use if they wish to respond to your communication.

Fonts #

In this section, you can view and manage your Google Fonts. Adding additional fonts allows you to further personalize and enhance the aesthetic of your emails, thereby improving their marketing appeal and aligning them more closely with your brand identity.

Tracking #

Configure the default tracking settings for all your future campaigns here. These settings can be adjusted for individual campaigns as needed.

Click Performance Tracking #

When enabled, this setting ensures that all links within your campaigns are tracked for click performance. This includes detailed information on who clicked each link and the number of times it was clicked.

UTM Tracking #

When enabled, this setting automatically incorporates UTM parameters into every link in a campaign.

UTM Parameter #

Modify the values for utm_medium or utm_campaign as needed.

Add Custom UTM Parameter #

Click on “Add Custom Parameter” to define additional parameters and their corresponding values.

Unsubscribe #

In this section, you can define the preferred process for users to unsubscribe from your communications. Clearly outlining this process helps ensure a smooth user experience and supports compliance with communication standards.

There are three options available: One Step, Two Step, and Dynamic. The choice is entirely yours, so take a moment to review each description carefully to determine which option best suits your needs. The preview button allows you to go through the process so you can understand the flow from the customer’s perspective.

Recent Exports #

Here, you can view a history of exported campaign statistics. Details include the date and time each export began, the selected campaigns and date range, the user who initiated the export, and its current status. You can also download the corresponding CSV file directly from this section.

Effectively configuring your email campaign settings is crucial for maximizing the impact of your marketing efforts.
