Viewing Submissions #
Navigate to Conversations and open a conversation tied to a contact who submitted a form.
To make the location process easier, you can filter your results.
Select “Last Message Channel Is Form Submission,” then click Apply.
Locate the form submission card/message within the thread, then click “View submission” to expand and view full submission details.
This will open the form submission as a pop-up in the conversation view.
If you’d like to view all submissions your form has received, click “View all form submissions” to open it in a new tab.
